Positive Coaching Alliance Training: Step 1.

This Sports neutral workshop introduces PCA’s Double-Goal Coach model and provides and in depth review of the three Principles around which it is built: Honor the Game, Fill Emotional Tanks & Redefine "Winner". Supporting research is presented from experts in coaching, education and sports psychology. Every participant gains access to dozens of practical, proven tools to increase success during their next practice or competition. More information on PCA can be found at www.positivecoach.org.

Sponsored by the Mass Bay Youth Lacrosse League. Pre-Registration is required at www.mbyll.org A fee of  $15.00 will apply for all non MBYLL and GMBYLL members and collected at the door. All PCA classroom clinics will be held on the club level in Gillette Stadium. The classroom clinic will last about 2 hours (check-in for the classroom workshop starts at 9:15), followed by a lunch break and then additional workshops covering on-field training will take place in the Dana-Farber Field House, starting at 1:15 or 2:15. These on-field workshops have a limited amount of space and must be register for separately by clicking here: "New Player Coach Clinic" at 1:15 or "Youth Player Coach Clinic" at 2:15.  The $10 Adult Festival admission fee will be charged to to all participants wishing to enter the Festival in the Field House, either to take part in the on-field training or just visit the Youth Sports Expo and watch the youth Interactive Skill Zone clinics.
